We would like to welcome you to this on-line course of NATURAL NUTRITION AND LIFE ENERGETICS. It will be a journey to discover a natural and balanced way to nourish ourselves, and to know the effects of food and how it can affect us at all levels of our being.

This theoretical course is formed of 10 modules. In each module there are different sections of study and reflection, which are complemented with recipes for you to use as individual practices that will develop your experience and give consolidation of the course information.
